Feature & Follow (1)

This is my first time to join the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! The event (should I call it that?) is hosted by Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. I think this would be a good way to meet some fellow bloggers and hopefully spark a friendship or two!

Okay, so this week's question is:
What hyped up book do you think was worth all the talk?
My answer: I've recently read Anna Dressed in Blood and let me tell you, it's AMAZING, I've read rave reviews of the book on other blogs and I am super excited to get to read it. This book is definitely worth all of the rave reviews and talk!

Okay, so I finally figured out how to set up a GFC here. It's as simple as that, why didn't I think of it? (smacking myself in the head) Anyway, thanks for Daphne (her blog!) here for the help ;) And you can now follow me on GFC or Networked Blogs, of course I would appreciate it if you do both.       It's great, but I would have waited for the whole series to come out before reading it if I had known it would leave wanting the sequel so badly.

    I don't read a lot of horror books, but my cousin convinced me to read Anna Dressed in Blood. She was completely right- it was an amazing book, and I loved it!

      Glad you liked the book! I was terrified of horror books when I was younger too, but this one is moderate, at least I didn't have to use a night light after reading it ;)

    Try going to Layout>Add a gadget>Followers. It took me days to figure out how to do it but I finally got it! It should still work because I added it less then a month ago. Hopefully it works for you! And Nice Pick! I've heard of this book but I didn't get a chance to pick it up. It sounds good though! Following you! :D

      OMG, tahnk you so much! I did it!(*insert insane laughter here) Hopefully you'll be able to pick it up soon, the sequel, Girl of Nightmares, just came out, so you read two books at once!

      The Divergent Trilogy is great! (I actually reviewed the two books) I think Insurgent is better than Divergent though. Insurgent had me fangirling in the end 'cause the plot was so much more complex and there's a cliffhanger. Anyway, great pick!;)

    ... I have to say, I feel like a total outcast, but I just did not love Anna Dressed in Blood. I mean, I thought the description of the ghosts was just amazing... but the main character was a bit of a jerk (actually, I only found him truly likable when he was dealing with Anna) and there were just HUGE plot holes in it (er, the Attic????). I'm hoping the second one is amazing though!

      Well, everyone has their own opinion, sorry you didn't like the book though. Characters are a important aspect of a book, I've read a few books where the protagonist completely couldn't connect with me, and it makes the books a serious kill-joy... I haven't read book 2 too, well, let's hope for the better. :D
